through, psychologically speaking the toll the depths have on the party
as well as Bell is "Insane" right now/.x they're literally on Insane
mode with ..Advanced leveled gear/stats at most. Knowing that makes this
argues journey of theirs exhilarating to watch from my pov, the OST
music reallly ties it all together perfectly too, the Chefs Kiss is on
this season & I'm loving every second of it.

Honestly not sure why you'd need to use fire magic to light the dang forge. Even if they were dumb enough not to bring a flint and steel, which is a giant WTF in itself given how *HULKING GARGANTUAN* Lili's pack is, they're superhuman: they should be able to friction start a fire with relative ease.

Maybe fire magic is of better quality than normal fire, you know, with less impurities and higher heat.

That'd only make sense if the magic was the sustained reaction, which it clearly isn't, and not merely the ignition source.

He not using fire magic to light it. He using it as the primary fire source. Meaning they probably don't got any charcoal, or wood as fuel.

Edit- Looks like he has coal and that takes a good amount of time to light. You can't use flint and steel you would need to name kindling first and blow on it.
